Winair expands Caribbean connectivity
Winair proudly marked a significant milestone with the launch of its inaugural flight to Barbados, signaling the start of its new winter schedule and an exciting expansion into three new destinations: Barbados, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent. This move enhances travel options within the Caribbean and beyond, offering greater connectivity for travelers.
Festive Launch Celebration
A ceremonial event was held at Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIA) to celebrate this achievement. The event was attended by notable figures, including the Honorable Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Traffic, and Telecommunication (TEATT), Ms. Grisha Heyliger-Marten, and PJIA CEO, Mr. Brian Mingo.

New Routes and Schedule
Winair’s expanded offerings include:
- St. Maarten ↔ Barbados: 3 weekly flights with connections to Martinique and Dominica.
- St. Maarten ↔ St. Lucia ↔ St. Vincent: 2 weekly flights, including connections between St. Lucia and St. Vincent.
